also. if takagi realized he actually loved miki after attempting to sleep with itsuki, why did he not immediately come running towards miki after that day??? he literally did not even take the initiative to contact him nor even sounded confused nor anxious
oh spill bc he was happy attending conferences with that shitty twin while neglecting miki and even cancelled their date to meet the twin and once they got caught he suddenly has feelings for him?? lmao hes only sorry he got caught... i wish miki was strong enough to leave his ass smh also the author painting miki as if he's just as dirty for selling himself as the asshole who treated someone like substitute sex doll and cheats on him emotionally and physically smh a whole mess!!
the only reason im thinking of right now is he probably needed time to process his feelings but not even a hint of worry or confusion in his face? he only decided to act because himazaki taunted him? desperation made him jump into the thought that he does love miki because he's gonna get taken away? lmao it comes across as shallow because of that.
and I wouldn't forgive anyone who shames miki for doing what he did cause he literally was lost and had no one to go to. plus if he did not sell his body he wouldn't have found himazaki, which is now a great friend of his
honestly idc if people don't like miki and say he's also shit cause imo he's the one that deserved the most, deserved better. itsuki is a spoiled brat, what kind of brother (and a twin to boot) decides to sleep with their brother's bf just so his brother could "look his way"? that is so fucked up. he knew itsuki has his insecurities because of their childhood and he's just ramping it up. he might've changed for the better on the surface but he's still the same old selfish brat he was when he was a kid. really can't blame miki for silently blaming itsuki sometimes tbh i applaud him for even finding it in himself to find the good in itsuki and only blame himself for everything that has happened to him (for being "lackluster" in comparison).
miki obviously sold his body to feel needed and/or forget his pain. and before people get it twisted, himazaki became friends with him after he bought miki so i wouldn't count him as a bad guy.
i do still like replacement stories where they eventually come to truly love the replacement but man... they're usually done so poorly and im really just living off these crumbs ╥﹏╥ I'll treasure miki myself if i could. im still okay with whatever this will end with but in an ideal world i would've love to see miki be happy with someone who's better for him. he deserves more love and be spoiled rotten...
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. im sorry my past self, i was too naive. the chants did not work. this is totally gonna be tragedy. ill be now preparing for the worst ╥﹏╥
tbh if they didn't cause a commotion outside this wouldn't have happened, but still it was understandable. but i still have to ask, why was lin che's first decision to leave? the guy was obviously gonna face depression as well, was he not worried he'll end up like arthur? how is the money gonna help then? it was shitty that elliot brought that up about their past but who's not gonna feel shitty when they just lost money, money they use to survive? plus he discovers he'll lose the one he wanted to protect too? yeah I would've lost my shit too tbh. im not blaming lin che, but it just felt odd to me that that was his first thought - to leave.
like yeah he was basically the reason why elliot sacrificed his job but that's exactly the reason why they should make it through together in the end no? I don't understand the need for him to leave. if it's because they don't want the mafia to find and track lin che, that wouldn't make sense - else how was elliot able to calmly claim and buy with the money after they talked it out? it means they could've well used the money without lin che needing to leave. so why?
alpha is scum. should've dropped dead. authors can have their own spins in their omegaverse stories and im just gonna assume ekihito died during the span of those years they haven't had sex and dispelled the mark since kei is okay being held by tsugitsugu now :D
pretty rushed, would've given a 5* if it had at least one more volume and the alpha suffered consequences (and died yes)
actually one of the rarest moments where it's a long ass manga but i feel like it isn't enough and that it should actually go on forever. I don't feel like it's dragged at all - the problems aren't repetitive and actually shows their growth as individuals and as a couple. each volume shows how they fall deeper in love and trust and depend on each other. ugh i adore this couple so much. so so so much ╥﹏╥ I'll feel empty when this ends.
also one of the first few BLs I purchased. all love given to one of my og faves

holy shit. just discovered this mangaka used to draw a bunch of eruri djs. that explains the art and the vibe
