This is what i want in a historical drama. Just the right amount of politics talk and minimum to no love triangle and the MCs knows how to communicate. The ending is complete too 10/10

Megumi's dad is pissing me off. Like instead of insulting them and running off your mouth, GET STRAIGHT TO THE D@MN POINT. He's not even a righteous person, he's shitty and he knows it and the only reason he thinks he's so important is because he's an alpha. Megumi is more of a man than he'll ever be
It was so frustrating to read but i liked the ending
Initially i reacted like Yiyoung but then i understood where mr kang is coming from. Having dated all those people, no one really starts a relationship thinking they'll end (unless you're a player) but when you have so much experience it becomes like a cycle and sometimes you subconsciously expect it to also end that way. New character is great to stir up some emotions~ Mr. Kang gotta know there's only 1 Yiyoung, if he screw it up, who knows when he'll feel for someone again
If he's still not in love after all that, he's got a pretty high standard for love. Because i can never have that so much emotion for someone I don't love. If they leave, it's a pity but can't be helped -- is what I'll think if I'm in that situation
I like the fact that Leon's not a simp. And the FL Karen is strong and capable. And the fact while Leon's sword is overpowered, he still have to struggle unlike the other MCs.
The other Leon's a bit dumb tho, he literally screwed himself. He was supposed to be the hero but lacked effort. He literally just waited when he could have prepared himself. I didn't sympathize with how "unfair" our MCs life is but seeing the other Leon's attitude, i get it now.

Rereading this from the start when you have a crush hits different. I can feel their nervousness now lol
She clearly loves him and is overthinking it. She's making the same mistake of doubting her feeling like a girl feeling love for the first time. Her offering to die with Theo instead is the same as the King asking her to kill him a.k.a the betrayal that is her trauma. I honestly don't know how their relationship could get better when she's not ready to let go.
I know right. She is being a bit stupid by being so old but still not realising that she has fallen in love with Terriod.
The initial resemblance may remain but she spent too much time caring for him
