I don't think this is shoujo-ai, it's a beautiful story about friendship without the "ai".
No, that part you re right the hugs and so its quite normal. But how they behave towards each other it doesnt feel its just friendship or at leats just to me.
For example; one of the girls gets jelous of the cheerful one cause she is close to the main girl and treats her badly.
It feels like they are way too pasionate for just a friendship, I mean you dont say such things to someone who bothers a person you would like to be friends with?(or maybe is cause im quite cold that it seemed too much?)
Yeah, but on Japan people are less open and touchy. I'm Cuban and when I moved to Ecuador I was in shock cause on my country friends and family are very close (even male friendships) so kisses on the cheek and hugs are something normal, but in here those things are reserved to couples and young children to their parents
I don't know about that... I only really have one friend so when she got married and when she makes other friends or talks about her other friends I feel super sad and left out. I also get a bit jealous of how much time she spends with other people.
I feel all of that and I'm straight. Just saying...
I see your point, but I dont think if you werent romantically interesed in that person you would behave like that girl.
Not saying you cant feel jealous and just be a friend, but that girl wasnt even a friend and became jelous enough to go to the other girl and say shit to her. Doesnt it feel like is not just friendship? That she wants more than that?

I know lots of people will give me thumbs down, but I hate this story (⊙…⊙ ). I love this author, so I hate that I hate it, but it's just so unfair! The guy was so cornered by everyone, and I think that if the uke wasn't traumatized, I wouldn't mind the plot, but the guy had a trauma and people at work basically said that he should let the guy fuck him cause that's life. Ok, I know the guy was pretending he was gonna attack him, but it's too unfair and it pains my heart.
I agree with you a bit there, it's kinda hard not to when you were cornered yourself at a young age and left traumatized for a while too... All because to Hachidori it's boring to win Amami the usual way... Have some empathy, man.
Honestly I dont even feel Hachidori is really interested in him ...romantically I mean. Its like he just enjoys Amamis confusion and manipulating him and haveing the upper hand. Nothing more.
thank you for your empathy, Anonymous fellow ヾ(☆▽☆)
