Sano and Nakamichi's story was really adorable, and very hot. I wish they had the entire manga to themselves.
I really liked Yoshino, but Yagami pissed me the fk off. I was feeling really sympathetic to his plight of being in love with a closeted guy, but then he mentions that the guy got a girlfriend (while they were already dating) and they just kept seeing each other (cry cry) ( ̄ε(# ̄)Σ
I feel for that unmentioned clueless chick who had no idea she became a beard. If that guy wanted to be a bastard that's on him, but by being his boyfriend-turned-side piece you become complicit in playing his awful game.
I'm not sure if I liked this. Ryo was an asshole, and then suddenly it was because he was possessive? Shunpei better find another job because he's never going to be a success at this rate.
The second couple was better, but also weird. Why ignore someone's confession for 6 years - why stay with someone who ignored your confession for 6 years.
It wasn't bad, just didn't do anything for me. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
The cover made me think this would be better. If you're going yandere go full yandere. Don't just catch and release. (lol)
Also 'omurice' seems kinda balanced to me (rice+veggies+eggs+meat)
Um.... Going full yandere rapist is 'better'? Also, it seems you didn't read the manga. The 'catch and release' had a PURPOSE. Thanks.
That purpose being Stockholm Syndrome? I did read the manga, but it seemed like it tried to make the possessive rapist somewhat sympathetic.
While the world does exists in shades of grey, pretending that horrible people are really good inside continues to cause people pain. Kidnapping and sexual assault are CRIMES, you don't just get to go home and pretend nothing happened.
So yeah, sometimes I'd just prefer it if a story just made their horrible, rapist psycho completely unforgivable than try to turn him into a redeemable boyfriend.
The first story was really beautiful, but also a bit all over the place. Marrying a foreign stranger (okay), turns out he's a long term drug addict (huh?). Opiates destroy people, even if a child tests positive for it the correct remedy is not to continue drugging them into adulthood. That Chris was basically normal was ridiculous. That they equated marijuana with opiate addiction also showed a basic misunderstanding of drug culture.
That cat in the last story had to be the nicest cat in the world.

Nana-chan was the best sister - I seriously wanted to smack Arikawa (omfg). Lucky for him his sister (and boyfriend) were nicer than me.
Poor Yousuke, he was too pure.
