Basically, she can't see, can't talk, but she can smell, hear and feel everything around her. It stanks down there, she's in an uncomfortable position and everyone around her will harass her constantly with her being unable to do anything. She's also forced to give her powers 24/7 which exhausts her immensely. Think of it as the same thing as 'I have no mouth but I must scream' (I hope you know tht), she's basically being exploited and tortured, long story short she's now a sentient statue.
Also, from what I saw in other comments this was the PG version of what happened in the book.
Supposedly in the book, all that still happens but pina is also SA'd by the workers and other men as well as part of her punishment.
I think the logic was that she had already been sleeping with a bunch of men (we only see 1 in the Manga but in the story it was apparently actually with a lot of other men) and so giving blessings along with giving the men "physical comfort" was apart of her punishment.
Yeah, the novel actually goes a lot more into detail of what Remilia's thoughts were as well as the scenes in this manga. The manga is like a less intense version of it
