I think in the incident where Hyesung got pregnant, Dojin was wearing a condom, it just failed. In some other omegaverse stories they show the omega characters using contraceptive tablets, as extra security. I guess because Hyesung didn't want to identify as an omega he may have been a bit ignorant or uncomfortable about protecting himself from Alpha's and going on the pill.
