I'm lowkey confused by this comment, but let my try to answer:
1) ML does actually benefit a lot from having sex with MC, since MC has plenty of yang energy that helps ML, so i suppose you could say that there is a need for it
2) he actually fr thinks that MC earned his keep by being a prostitue. He is rude, but he calls it what he thinks it is, hence the whole whore-namecalling. Remember, MC was thrown out as a kid, but was earning money through cheating at mahjong only for a short time. He is hiding the fact that he cozied up with the beggars, so ML drew the conclusions that MC must have earned money through prostitution. MC has never once denied being a prostitute, or any accusation of having slept with multiple other men or wanting to sleep with others.
ML apparently does not give a fuck about MC (supposedly) being a prostitute, as long as they can successfully exchange yin and yang energy, but he gets annoyed when MC does not perform up to the standard that an experienced prostitute should have, so he starts making comments on it. He doesn't actually know, that MC only did it with a woman previously (and I strongly suspect that that beggar leader woman was his only previous partner before ML). And yeah, he is the ruthless leader of the demonic clan, dealing with someone he thinks is way beneath him. He isn't going to be nice and use flowery language.
I mean, it's not nice, I'm not excusing his behaviour, but it's kinda what you could expect from him, lol.

Being honest, Sohan stresses the fuck outta me. Is he dumb? Innocent? Overly optimistic? I'm a pretty resentful person so I guess I just don't understand this whole thing with his father, like so unnecessary.
What more help would that fucker who left him with his debt need? He already paid a debt that wasn't his and his father wasn't the least remorseful, because before he saw him winning the damn lottery, he was playing around without a second freaking thought of his son.
i think his relationship with his dad is honestly pretty realistic, it’s a lot of hope and love that you still have despite the bad things they’ve done because you want to cling onto the idea that you might have a normal relationship one day

I have a good relationship with my dad because we have made it work. I've made it clear I can go no contact with him if he doesn't do the minimum to call himself a /father/ and even though I hold dear my memories of him, that doesn't mean I let him cross the line and take decisions of /my/ life. I always help him whenever he comes to the city and I'll still help him if he's ever in need (even if he did something that'd make me go no contact), but my dad didn't leave me with his debt, without a word, and disappeared years no end with no intention of ever coming back to apologize （￣へ￣）

And literally decided he has power over Sohan's live, relationships, and money. That doesn't show compromise or regret so I wouldn't keep him near me. Help? Sure. Nothing else.
