It’s been established that while she does have severe trauma that makes it difficult for hee to verbally communicate, her mind is matured appropriately to her age. I get what you mean tho bc in the earliest chapters we were all like wary of romance between the two before it was revealed that shes acting like this deliberately
I know she is acting crazy but she still have child like behavior even in the last chapter in his lab trying to comfort her like a kid , it's jus doesn't set well with me
