You know... i’ve Read both the hard copy and the online translation of this manga, and while there are a few things that the hard copy did translate better... overall, I actually like this copy better.
I have been waiting so long for this . I’ve seen the raws, but haven’t been able to read them, so I have been waiting for someone to pick this up again; so I could finally read the chapters!
I’m very excited for what’s to come!
I dunno, maybe I’m just used to all the conflicts that usually comes with this type of story; but things just went way too smoothly. Other than Pearl’s love for Justice (came out of nowhere), none of the emotions felt real. And True had a really bad case of “Dead Eyes”. Even when she was supposed to look surprised, her eyes were flat; thus failing to transmit the emotion.
This really makes me think of Dexter, with Sensei only killing people who are supposedly murderers lol
