Sigh of course everyone wants a toxic happy ending. Why am I not surprised.

i have to say the second story royally pissed me off and makes me wonder about the author's state of mind. The fact that the ML liked the MC back the entire time and literally pretended to be useless, rejected his confession, dated/slept with other people, and emotionally strung along and manipulated his friend for years to see just how far he could gauge his friend's feelings for him knowing fully well his friend had never gotten over him is truly disgusting and sociopathic. And he gets rewarded for it?! Yet somehow this is a romance story? Are you fucking kidding me?

everytime something bad happens to Taehoon it's because of his bleeding heart you would think he would learn just once to nip something in the bud and act in his own self preservation after REPEATEDLY being put at harm. Leo is a fucking KNIGHT he kills people for a living, actually FUCKING think about your safety?! Like the couple is cute, but the stupidity both of them exude just rips you out of the plot, when they repeatedly make the same mistakes over and over again. You were brutally raped and assaulted count it 3 times (almost four or more if you count his ex-girlfirnd tryin to sell him and large gangrape) Taehoon how many more times do you need to let this happen before you realize you don't save people like this "out of kindness"? I just can't with how the author has made the MCs so IMPOSSIBLY STUPID.

I honestly find it so stupid when they rationalize let me not tell hella important information because I was so weak willed and cowardly to do so. Like you had soooo much time to reveal your connection to one another. In fact the whole mess you’re in is because you kept your mouth shut. Ugh this level of blatant disregard to communication I know it truly for drama in the plot but it gets me so annoyed how ridiculous it is.

That female senior is so full of shit. It pisses me off acting like she didn’t directly contribute to the rumors and current toxic work environment. God if only that tidbit of information could makes its way up the chain and have her fired. She’s responsible for her subordinates and department and acts holier than thou when it convenient. What a fucking hypocrite. Besides the main duo everyone in this plot is fucking awful.

I'm more into San x Eunjae's relationship because i'm just over grown men who are emotionally inept like Geumsum and it being seen as attractive just because he is attractive. The whole I have feelings for you but the only way to show it is by controlling you and often forcing physical closeness Edward Cullen style is seriously not cute or attractive once you've experienced an actual healthy relationship as an adult. And I'm tired of possessiveness in this form as a fantasy any one would actually want to experience or praise. 704 clearly is inconvenienced by it all, and honestly nothing about his interaction with Geumsum is even remotely romantic but rather is all transactional. Coupled with Geumsum's obsession with keeping 704 in the dark for his "safety" i'm getting way too many flashbacks of every YA male lead of my teens.
