This is where the characters' personalities and traits built over many chapters matter. It's nothing new that bottoms say no when they are being overstimulated. What sets a hard no and a coy, over stimulated no is the character's personality. Ahn says when he doesn't like something. Most recent proof is he confronted Kang when he didn't like what Kang said about not fighting for him. So if Ahn didn't want it, he would say so.
People read the chapters at face value, not within context.
Kang is always in control of his emotions. This is where he broke his own self. How the eff would he discover that without losing control? And the perspective is so one sided. Ahn was receptive because if he wasn't he would say it, clearly. Just like when he did not like what Kang told him when they were drunk.

Losing control through sex is hitting multiple stones at once for the story/character dev and sex scene counter/requirement lol. I mean pretty sure the story needs some sexy time after a couple of chapters they have been talking, having a dispute and the introduction of a new character, either the editor said so or the author him/herself.
Then for character dev, if Kang lashed out privately or punched a wall, it's him trying to manage his emotions again, just not doing it calmly.
