this was super cute. i loved how realistic the uke felt in his thought bubbles, especially regarding his horniness lmao. (non asexual) men think about sex a lot and often times when authors try to write ukes, you can kinda tell they try to write them with the mindset of a woman, often times only depicting the seme as the horny one but if you see the amount of thirst tweets from real life bottoms online, yknow just as well they are as horny as their tops lol. so this felt like a pretty good depiction of a gay bottom. cracked me up when his seme was exhausted from work and he got upset with himself for thinking ‘all i wanna do is ride him’
the art is nice and the story started strong but from chapter 3 onwards, the uke became pretty unbearable with the self sabotage and always trying to ‘pick a fight’ or make drama. it’s pretty much one of those stories where the uke causes the drama and the seme has to fix everything. the uke finally stops being annoying by around the end of chapter 6 but that’s the last chapter basically.
No need. If you don’t find the uke annoying, great.. I am not going to stop you or insult you, and I am sure you will find other likeminded ppl like you in the comments. However, I do find him to be childish in a lot of the story and so do plenty of others. You are entitled to your opinion as I am entitled to mine.
does the author have their own editor like mashima who ruins storylines? bc wtf is this second volume shiba-san, baby boy hold strong!
mashima is all over the place rn bc he’s paranoid about what shiba feels for him but he also has to remember that he has never confessed either yet so he’s kinda being a hypocrite. and you don’t see shiba acting out despite him also probably wondering if mashima likes him or not, like stop torturing your seme and use your brain cells and communicate if you need to know so bad.

I tried so hard to read this story.. got to about 20 something -ish chapters and I am sorry but the seme’s blowfish lips are too distracting.. maybe if the plot was better, I could at least overlook it but the art style is not my taste
