I understand. I too have problems with falling asleep. What helps is airing the room often or keeping a semi open window to have fresh air, making sure that everything smells nice since I feel more comfortable like that, not eating anything heavy, calming down with some music, having wax earplugs and a regular sleeping pattern

there's actually a lot of reasons why sexual harassment/assault/rape victims can't, well, prevent it from happening. for one, being in shock. their brains often shut down so they won't have to remember the traumatic experience later.
