At every chapter the guy with green hair gets more and more relatable lmaooooo wth are these 3 doing

We have a genuenly kind love interest that the mc likes but hes unable to confess or get closer with because he knows that his poisom wpuld kill him, on the other hand we have the other ml, a ruthless psycho killer that seemingly gets addicted to the mc and is probably slowly getting poisoned. Very interesting premise!
