Take a shower when youre sad/depressed. Usually that helps. If I struggle to get myself up to shower I tell myself I have an hour to get ready before i have to fuck the kpop idol I had a crush on a few years ago when I started doing this. Imagine you get to meet your idol but you have to be naked? Would you want to be naked AND STINKY? no. disgusti......
