How did the art improve so much compared to their other manhwas? It's impossible to believe it's the same authors!
Mili, next time trust your eyes, there's no way one person would draw Instant family and The Ghost's Nocturne ;)
Whatever, I beg to differ :P Desire is way better than Instant family and that strange pinky smth released recently. But it's def complicated, maybe too much, given extremely short format. I too was very dumbfounded at first, but more thinking, rereading and translator's note has helped a lot.
I really hope C.R Jade would publish her own stories in the future again!
Yes, I knew it couldn't be the same artist—unless the author had found the perfect ghost illustrator. Instant Family was so-so, but I wonder if, had the artistry been great, we might have fallen in love with it.
Imho, Instant Family and Desire were a mess and not my style. Night Song is okay, and I'm always baffled by how amazing the art is.
Everyone deserves a second chance—CR Jade might find their mark on their second try.
In the last chapter, Taekhyung is smoking on the motel balcony. When Heeso woke up, he's startled, extends his hand and tells Taekhyung, "Let's go home." It took me awhile but it seemed familiar, it’s a circle back moment (from Chapter 10)! to when Heeso stood on the rooftop after being slapped by his boss, lost in depressing thoughts. I reread that part, and it was so heart-wrenching—Taekhyung had told him the same thing back then. Because of all the smut, I forgot how sad this manhwa is.(/TДT)/ Those 2 are so pitiful.
As for why his mother tried to take him with her on his BD... I believe she was an orphan herself, treated as one all her life. She could see his future, and to spare Heeso from suffering, she made the heartbreaking choice to take him with her, so he wouldn’t have to live the same way she did like a seed in wind with nowhere to blossom (Heeso's word).
I never care about spoilers since, even if I know what’s going to happen, I’m more interested in how the process is delivered. It’s already spoiled—it's all of them except for the prince. Can someone spoil me and tell me why they did that?
Nah, it's just that I've also read comments like when it's still just 8 chapters or so that they're saying it's actually all of them. And now I'm seeing comments saying the prince is excepted so I got curious.
At first, I personally thought that the prince is actually the rapist, but as the story goes, I've also got convinced that they're all part of it haha

The story you don't even want to mark as read or reading lmao. Thankful I dropped it at the end of first season.
I skipped the rape scenes a lot.. the ending however is approaching and I think it is a bit more satisfying than I thought it would be
Hmm, I don't know. I think it would be a waste of my time to pick up the reading again. I'm glad it got better though.
