Although he's been tending to MC's needs so far and didn't make a move (directly) on MC when he was a minor (since the current chapter is a flashback; MC is 20 in current timeline if I rmb correctly), ML still has a strong obsession towards him, going as far as watching his every move (including when MC was masturbating) and letting him do whatever he wants as long as it's inside the controlled environment, so I don't think he's a green flag at all. Note: this is just my opinion and I don't even read the raws, so I'm also interested to know if there's any development that makes him a green flag just like what the tag says

I'd argue he's 100% a red flag for having Mc under surveillance (even in the bathroom wtf), even his phone was cloned and he's being controlled.
No amount of yellow is gonna make him green.
