This is a though one.
The seme in this timeline is not the “same person” as the version of him that was in Yeo Dam’s first life. He hasn’t done those things and he sees things differently, acts differently. Still, if the story were to be realistic, it wouldn’t matter that he is different now; it is still the same face, the same voice, the same body, the same hands, that raped Yeo Dam over and over and over again. Who murdered people he loved, locked him up and tortured him. How could you ever wake up to that every morning? It’s not like you can forget ten years of suffering, death and torture.
It’s not realistic for them to get together, and yet I do hope. And it’s yaoi so, I mean, it’s not even a question really ( ̄∇ ̄")
Okay, we know that the maid used to be very cruel towards Yeo-Dam, but the way he said no about her was concerning. More concerning was how the rest of them just went along with it: throw her out, don’t let her ugly face hurt his eyes, she dared speak - let’s kill her! I’m just thinking about all the stories where a cruel Nobel ruined some poor soul’s life and it went down exactly like that. It’s not a behavioural I like seeing, especially not from “the good guys”. Let’s not forget that Yeo-Dam was the only one who knew she had a mean streak.
We as readers were meant to see it, so yes I saw it. Just like the author wanted. The people in the story didn’t. MC knew from abuse in another life that she was a bad person. The people of power around him knew nothing about that, or they would never have brought her to serve him. All they knew was that a maid they found adequate was denied to work because “her face was ugly”. They laughed at the mockery, enjoyed the humiliation of her, threatened her life when she spoke up, and catered to a man whose only reason was that her ugliness hurt his eyes. That is normally a storyline used to describe a BAD person, BAD people. I don’t enjoy seeing it in people we are meant to like :(
This is why I don’t get their decisions. They are still COMPLETELY in love with each other. Why throw that away and try to force relationships with other people? Yes, mistakes were made, but when love is THIS strong, you can work past that.
But no, he’s going to pick Kwon. The guy who has been cruel and selfish since day one. The guy he’s never had a comfortable and happy relationship with. Sigh.
Yoon, if you can’t find it in your heart to get back with T, at least don’t get back with Kwon. You’re not even happy with him -_- And let’s be honest, if a relationship is this bad THIS early on, it’s a BAD relationship.
This story frustrates me to no end (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
When you truly love someone it usually IS like this. It doesn’t just go away even when two people aren’t together anymore. This is what they call “right person, wrong time.” They were meant for each other before but now their futures no longer intertwine. If Tae hadn’t pushed him away so hard, maybe they could’ve worked things out but Tae couldn’t handle Yoon coming back and that pushed Yoon to move on. Yoon doesn’t have romantic feelings for Tae anymore but he still loves him, that’s why a relationship between the two won’t work anymore. Also, he and Kwon both had a lot of baggage at the start of the relationship so of course it’s not going to be a smooth relationship. Some relationships need work, before they work. It just depends if the two people are willing to work on it.

Let’s calm down (/TДT)/ Don’t cut people’s things off. Don’t you do it, you crazy bastard!
