but she's not a married women so it means she's a maiden or you mean she's not virgin

at the context of their convo? i think the meaning was virgin. the ladies say she was too pure and innocent for that and when they heard Nunally say "i'm not a maiden" you can see it in their reactions that the meaning was about virginity.

It is, but usually when you call someone a maiden, they’re pure, innocent, or just lovely. Since it’s used to express that someone is pure, it could also mean that they’re still a virgin, untouched
