No, but since it was still in her POV when it panned to the ghost, it seemed like she saw the ghost there but when she asked him and he said he doesn't see ghost, she basically thought to herself, "ah I got my hopes up, but it appears that he's telling the truth cuz he doesn't even notice this ghost next to us, otherwise he wouldn't be sitting in this spot" --- is the impression I got. Hmmm so I'm even more confused now on what the author was trying to imply. But I think she can see them too cuz it felt like a test...? Could be wrong tho
If she really can see ghost, she can see her husband with the dog and just ignoring him... let's just wait for the next chapter if she's going to move after Seto do something
My theory is when she gave birth to Miko, the ability passed down to her. But it didn't pass down to her son cuz he is the 2nd born. Cant wait to see how the story unfolds! I've been reading this for years now

From what I understood, the ghost is from her dad's POV, that's why he asked her if it was her grandma. She was "testing" him hoping he would see her dog (which wasn't there, she was grieving) UNLESS, the dog was there and she could see it but he couldn't, since as we know there are levels
