Idk if you skipped the previous chapters but the beta is obviously not madly in love with the alpha anymore lol. If he was, he wouldn’t be continuously cheating on him too.

Uh I think you may need to reread chapter 33 and 38 carefully lol, chapter 33 explains most of the beta’s side while chapter 38 hints he’s still hiding it and keeping it going. Chapter 33 shows that the beta is still agreeing to go out with the other guy behind his back, and making plans the day after with the mc. So there’s no “we don’t even know if he’s still sleeping around with the other alpha,” he IS still sleeping around with the other alpha and doesn’t seem to be as guilty about it either.
Either way, it’s fine to hate the mc/alpha since he of course is still trash and the worst out of all of them. What isn’t okay is to be mad at one character for cheating but excuse another character for cheating lol. That’s just hypocritical. There should be no excuse for being vulnerable as the cause of cheating. Had the mc not been trash, people would call out the beta for cheating cause he only felt lonely and then continuing to cheat. At least acknowledge that BOTH the mc and beta are bad people lmao.
Also I think just because you introduce someone to your mom, doesn’t mean they still hold love for that person. If they still truly loved each other, they wouldn’t have easily moved on to cheat and continue cheating. The only reason they’re both still dating is because they’re holding onto past memories and a comfortable relationship they already know.
