Wasn't sure of what exactly was happening with the war or enemies. But the ending isn't as sad as the comments made it seem, like I feel like the last panel shows us that they were still together in the same place, maybe not as a couple, but they were still at eachothers side. But well I rly didn't understand the context so who knows
umm....so after they separated and reunited again the seme. he got injured in war and....um..lost his private place completely
so It's tragic, though Uke and seme stayed together out of complete love not for some desire.

He murdered countless, specially those he was supposed to protect including women and children. So yes his punishment is to go through their pain and sufferings. But he's not alone atleast. Horus is with him, and that helps.
