Might be an unpopular opinion but I think it's normal for maids to gossip. I don't see a problem as long as they do their work and the only negative thing they do is gossip. They should try to be more discrete. And even if they fire everyone and hire new people they will still gossip.
people in every workplace will gossip. which is annoying and people should mind their own business but that's just regularly not the case so yeah, the new maids will gossip as well if they end up firing the current ones

I'm starting to dislike the ML. He is so controlling. If he doesn't agree with her choices he should talk to her and try to change her mind, not decide for her. I can't stand the MC. She is so annoying. This is her third life and the second time in this life. It's like she learned nothing. She still sees everyone as a character in a novel and not as human beings.
Well if you were live in novel you would think of them as human too I like mc she’s cool
If this was her first time I wouldn't say anything but this is her third life. At some point I would think she would develop feelings for the people around her. Her father, the ML or the servants. Can you still think of someone as just a character if you start to love them? If you realise that they have dreams, wants and wishes far beyond a story in a novel? I feel like she has spent enough time with them to see this, especially because this is her second go in this life.
