For the people that are a bit confused.
Jeong-Hyuk and Jeong-Won’s father (Choi Tae-Seok) is also Taeyoon’s father whom he never met.
I could tell from early in the series that this twist was coming when Jae-In asked about Taeyoon’s father and him being a dominant alpha.
