No, that would not be possible. He was chosen as the Shadow Monarch for various reasons (one is him being incredibly close to death on a daily basis because he was entering dungeons despite being the weakest hunter). There’s also other things mentioned in later chapters of the novel but I won’t spoil it for you (〜￣△￣)〜

cause they kept it being her personal decision and her personal situation that made her want to loose weight! it had nothing to do w/her wanting to attract a man - if anything she's planning to use it for revenge. now maybe that's not the healthiest long term reason but the point was SHE was uncomfortable w/her weight due to her OWN decisions/opinions, not because other people went out of their way to try and force her to be uncomfortable w/it because of THEIR hang ups w/it. she started right off the bat planning to "fix" it and the other ppl came later and had little to no effect on her plans other than making her want to go out of her way to use it against them all later.
