I think they work because she actually feels something for him and they also work together everyday. Even if it's not a lot of personal time, they're together all the time with intimate moments in between.
Honestly, how would they not be full if that's the case? He also isn't shy to just go for what he wants and communicates with her heavy. When your man leads, the woman can be soft.
