I’m obsessed with this but have been marinating this for months. Scared that the author is going to pull some wild shit. But this is one the best new BLs out there and extremely unique. Also, by the writer of one of my very favorite works

Wow, the ratings does not do justice to how amazing this is. Everything about it is perfect. The art, the characters, the setting, the romanc(es). And kudos to the brilliant scanlators. Such a wonderful read with so much background and work put into the translation.
I don’t presume to know but the honor code of samurais is so well worked into the story. This is so extremely underrated, it’s practically perfect.
This is properly scary. Do not recommend reading this in the middle of the night, the artsyle lends itself to creepiness.
Also, a top tier story. Truly on the edge of my seat.

Learned my lesson in the first chaps with the possessed guy I got freaked out so I switched to reading a comedy but it became a supernatural mystery with creepy stuff too I was banging my head on the wall like can we please keep the scary stuff for when there's sunlight I wanna have nice dreams not nightmares

I love this, highly underrated. The pacing was so good and the art amazing. It had more to say and show than some BLs with 40+ chapters.

Wow, the ML is such an asshole but I laugh at his antics instead of raging at him. Which is a marked improvement over other BLs. It is getting tiring though and I’m so glad to see that the MC isn’t a totally idiot, his exasperation over the ML and catching MLs small lies are hopefully signs that he will figure it out soon.
