The translations are basically up to date with the raw. I think the raws for chapter 24 were only just recently posted so you're probably better off waiting for the scans group to post.
There's also the novel, but the manhwa is just about to pass the translated portion of the novel, so you'd have to read an MTL version if you want to read ahead.
