he might not be getting enough food and water to go to the bathroom or he might be wearing a 'diaper' considering the shots of him while naked we don't always see his penis. Or he could have a catheter or whatever they call that thing they stick in the penis to help the out cold pee. As for poop, some people poop at different times/days. so if he is a once a week pooper then no need to worry about that for a bit. but I think it's the first reason.
