Sometimes, I wonder if authors make new series after their first popular ones, just to spite us readers who read on websites. Like, they know we're reading and they want to make us suffer. Just a thought though.

I wasn’t aware of the negative reactions to ‘Made in Abyss’, as I’ve only seen the anime a long time ago. The art style reminded me of Ghibli, but with a gorey plot line. While there’s questionable elements involved, I thought the plot focused more on gore?
the gore is okay for the storytelling. its just the loli hentai shit that's just ruining the seriousness of the plot
