I was rereading this, and I figured if he did a " sphere void of magic," it would be a perfect opportunity to create a school inside that sphere and have people learn Japanese like it was any ordinary language. Once they've learned it, they could go to an annex building outside the sphere and practice magic. That would just make things 100% easier for everyone
