Angst yes (mental health + misunderstanding but isn’t dragged on for ages). Unrequited love? Ehh kinda but I’d say no because the person who likes the other was just into them because they looked like their ex crush who assaulted, a nicer version but it’s more platonic.
No 3rd parties. More of mental health and it’s pretty tame compared to other BLs.
I recommend you to read it. You’ll hate the ML at first but then you’ll love him. Both main characters.

that mf raped him during the first timeline and he had scaterring of traumatic flasback whenever he's around, its perfectly in character that he cant think rationally in this scene, not because he's a doormat
