It didnt improve cause instead of letting him mingle with his age so he could develop his socials skill he chose to stay with his grandfather who could possibly have an autism too. Hes lucky he got to meet someone whose understanding but still hardheaded and hes starting to open up and speak up now.

I wouldnt call it 2nd ML but a friend/coworker that tried to test the partner of the other guy by telling what rendezvous they did back then just to make him jealous.

Even with spoiler, from my view it seems like he treated him only as his saviour. Is that even love more like a gratitude so when he was told about the lie he had quickly and abandoned the MC and it was funny what kind of "love" he realize he had to our MC when it doesnt include trust nor communication.
I mean I wanted to destroy the ML's ego more.
