I really hate the repeated plot points of
1: " You don't know anything!!!!"
2 :"Tell me???"
1: "No!!!"
2: *gets mad*
1: 'If only you knew why I said "No"'
2: *confronts again*
1: says 10% of issue, also gets mad and think "you don't know anything"
2: *mad and confused*
....
WTF.
RINSE AND REPEAT
.... I'm at ch 3, and I'm just really bothered by the flow of the story.
Honestly, I don't blame her ex if he left because he found someone he loves, since MC didn't love him anyway, and from the looks of it, it seems she never took him seriously and often belittle him during their whole relationship.
I'm a bit annoyed at the Emperor, he seems like an asshole. He took a drunk girl into his bed and has the gull to dislike her for running away in the morning? Sounds like a rapist ass. Even if nothing happened, he's a real creep. If I woke up in someone's bed after passing out in a ball where I'd expect to be a safe location, I'd be pissed and terrified.
also, why in the world would there be such a cliche confrontation scene of the new wife and the MC? The new wife looks like she has the IQ in the negatives. also, that ex-fiance looked more like his new wife's accessory than a human being that was engaged to the MC.
Then there's the beggar, I'm pretty sure that you would dismiss your informant after getting some inside info. But, really, why the hell would she trust a beggar that probably has no real chance to ever interact with the aristocratic MC? also, why is she just so conveniently there in a high-class restaurant????? Is this just a plot device to make the MC look empathetic???
I absolutely love the light and carefree mood in this manhwa!!! I've read so many serious korean reincarnated shoujo that this happy go lucky theme is sooo refreshing!
...I find that although I like so many of these types of Korean webtoons, I'd always never get to read the novel from the spoilers... Like, why do so many of them (novel) have such great webtoons/ start of the story but just get so messed up down the line????

Lucia, the story's pretty good and the LN is better than the Manga (NSFW though). Also Release that Witch. The LN is really good. I haven't read many others, been lucky to guess the better ones I think.

I really pity Lowein, like MC's dad terrified him to tears so many times in 2 chapters! He even made him cover his chest in fear when MC's dad stared at his necklace. Poor dude. Although he looks like a playboy, he's still so cute!
I honestly still don't get why he killed the buckwheat guy at the river?
What's the purpose? To alert the whole sect that a killer is on the loose???
Also, really enjoy how the sole person that's continuously helping the MC is the same guy who murdered his entire family and sect. Like. He kinda owes the villain his life ten times over?
I mean at first, I thought he was going to try and poison the water they wash their buckwheat in but then he killed the guy and i was like, is he trying to lure a good fraction of them away from their main base?
...Am I the only one weirded out when MC's mom gave the girl the first clothes she received from her husband?
Like, she must have many many other clothing, so why pick such a significant clothing for someone else to wear??? Heck, why did she even decide to give used clothing? I'm sure with her current background, there must be some extra clothing lying around???? Like it shouldn't be that hard.

I dropped this after reading the raws and then the comments on the raw manhua and the raw novel.
Basically, what woke me up from self abuse in reading this novel was comments like:
"What is the point of even getting back together with a trash like that after so much abuse? It doesn't matter how much he "repented" because the scars from the relationship will forever taint and haunt the MC"
I was like "what" . Skipped to numerous parts in the raw novel, read a couple of chapters and decided.
This type of shitty ML plot is popular around 2015, and honestly. Yeah. I've never seen a shittier ML.
