I haven’t read much but he shouldn’t have killed hella people there are some genuine good people who would’ve helped him but since the people who was closed to him hurt him and abandoned him just one stranger tryna bully him is what most likely made him snap cuz in his mind there was truly no one on his side no one in the world who would help him but killing peoples just cuz u suffered is never right everyone goes through things in life some probably went through worst than what he went through if he rlly wanted revenge getting one up on them become the opposite of those who abandoned you help those in need and built a life for himself after his griefs was over becoming stronger than what he was I feel like if it went in that direction I could’ve loved this manga so much and continued to read this
