I really love babies and children so it doesn't bother me too much. If I ponder it too much and think about the actual labor, it becomes kinda disturbing. I also don't like how people seem to fetishize it in a way. Like every time a couple in a bl manga get together, people are begging for them to have a baby and obsess over it.
