Because all jobs are paid the same, then why would I work hard and get nothing in return for it?
Better to have an easy job and have a lot of hobbies, than a hard job with a lot of deadlines that happen to be your hobby.
Chat, hobbies and interests are fun, but the second that thing becomes your job, it isn't fun anymore - it......
