i too travel alot & since im not much of a collector physical books are a no for me. get a kindle this black Friday & download all the books you want in epub format for free, then email the files to your amazon kindle email & youll have it available on your kindle to read. i've never had to buy ebooks once. you can read offline & the books are ......   reply

Maybe try reading e-books and only buying the ones you really loved so you won't risk losing those? I personally own a boox. I am a working adult and the libraries over here are simply not open when I have the time, and also physical books are just heavy when you need to transport everyday What's nice about it is that it's kind of an open android and then I can also read web novels on a browser to my liking. Tbh the best option is backing up your digital books on a cloud and a external hard drive and maybe a backup pendrive to be safe. Tbh the logic of "what if I lose it or i dont have a device w me" can be apply to real books, you can't have them on you all the time and what if theres a fire? You could lose them too   reply
