they removed the flag button where you could directly upload NEW series to the site. now you only have two options:
1. upload through b@toto and wait for mangago to steal it. (here's a tutorial: https://imgur.com/a/WOxS0bL)
2. email mangago but based on what people say, it doesn’t really work. It probably only works for veteran uploaders, idk......
