Spend a stupid amount on writing gear so you'll stack financial guilt every time you choose not to do the thing. For me I set up a timer, if it time to do that certain task or active I will force myself to do oh And if I finish a certain task . I would treat myself to some beer or some other items that i enjoy Like reading about to 2 gay man kissing   reply
