back in the day this used to be THE dirty talk staple, your dom/sub bread and butter. You'd drop a "good boy" on any bottom and they'd go from defiant to pilant like THAT. tboys on tumblr used to go crazy for this. now its like a mainstream meme or something. my sisters refrence it, it's like supposed to be funny but i was classically conditioned to pop a boner everytime i heard someone say good boy so now im in a lot of trouble
