- Youngjin has spent years working for a dangerous terrorist group. His latest mission was to hack and decode a high value auction item. But the mission failed, and he was captured by Seunghyun, a rival also after the same target. To protect his teammates, Youngjin agreed to work under Seunghyun and help locate the items. What Seunghyun didn’t realize at the time was that Youngjin’s loyalty to his mysterious superior, known only as “Sir”, had never once wavered. Underestimating him and assuming obedience was Seunghyun’s first mistake. What followed was a tense, cat and mouse game between the two. But the real question is…was it truly loyalty that kept Youngjin so devoted to “Sir”, or was he bound by something far more sinister?

- The plot was well written. I loved the heist scenes, they were full of suspense and tension.
- “Sir” was an excellent villain. He’s manipulative, creepy, always smiling like a fragile old man but still radiating danger. Watching his downfall was incredibly satisfying.
- Youngjin’s anxiety, self doubt, and trauma were portrayed so clearly, especially through small things like his fidgeting and nail biting.
- He had lots of growth by the end. Despite being used and manipulated his whole life, he found unexpected comfort in people like Junghoon, Eunyoung, and Seunghyun. They were morally grey, but oddly kind to him in their own ways.
- Seunghyun was a great alpha, not the typical toxic type. Even when Youngjin messed up, he never humiliated or hurt him. Their dynamic had a quiet gentleness to it.
- I personally found their relationship unbalanced and lacking chemistry for most of the story, even if it improved a lot by the end. It’s probably their immense power gap.
- Some plot threads were left hanging, like what exactly happened to Youngjin’s mom, grandfather, and the people on the island. Ending felt a bit rushed.
