this manhwa packs in all our favorite wattpad and isekai cliches (fake relationships, fake kissing, cuddling in cupboards, everyone loves FL for no reason). the villainess (FL) breaks up with the hero, before he falls for the heroine. 3 yrs later, the hero’s bestie finds and manipulates her to become his fake gf to trick his stepmom (then actually falls for her). meanwhile her ex never got over her… if i turn my brain off i can enjoy it
so far it's pretty mediocre. FL lives one life, saddled by an enormous debt as the last living member of her house, tortured and abused by perverts/jealous women, until she dies. she hops back in time 11 years in the past and links up with lucerne, scary relative of her abuser who pays off her debts in exchange for marriage. and she's insightful bc of her past life's knowledge. then it is strongly implied they have a bunch of sex, but no spice here

I only remember the one scene where he tucks her in and smiles at her while a music box with a multicolored symbol carved on the inside lid plays and she gives him a tight smile back and he keeps her at his mansion because the music box controls when she can fall asleep because of the symbol inside and she is forced to stay at the mansion until she tricks a maid into bonding to the music box and the ML comes home to find the maid snoring on the bed.
