I feel like this manga is a bit impractical? (though then again, what's real about magic? lol) I mean, everything felt handed to her as she worked to improve herself. Though it might've served as a message about true potential being hidden or something?

There are many misunderstandings in this manhwa, which may be annoying to some, but I find it to not be bothersome. Nocton holds much attachment to Roa, but Roa is unable to see it as she fears for her life. Also, as the story progresses, we realize the original story was more twisted than it seems on the surface

I think it's interesting how she holds a grudge against the ml, but it's surely bound to melt away slowly as she sees his human side

There's many layers underneath Lucia and Hugo, and as you read on, you get to discover more about their character and their past! I think it's pretty neat, though it's a tad frustrating that it takes a while to discover their feelings!

I really liked the couple and their schemes, but the inclusion of uncovering the fl's backstory feels messy and confusing

I think the mc fits the archetype of the dense or oblivious one, which I don't mind.

You can tell the art improves a lot as time goes on! Not to say that it wasn't beautiful from the beginning.
This story makes me reminisce to The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion, if you liked that one, you might like this one too! There is quite a few plot twist, but not without reason. The romance is very wholesome and there are tropes like tsunderes that don't feel too forced
