So I saw some people have been using this list so I went ahead and added more stories- Just some like fantasy reincarnation/royalty stories but also in other genres.
Some of these stories may not have a child lead but the lead in the story focuses a lot of attention on the child.

I really did like this story and tried to get pass it but the fact he wanted to marry her still/looked at her in a romantic way while she was a child was weird to me but the art and characters are good.
