Interesting Concepts and/or No Romance

Wow this keeps getting better! In the world where the so-called adults turn a blind eyes on school bullies and social delinquents, and cast blame on the victims instead, MC finds himself driven into a corner to thus have to take matter into his own hands. Some may argue that violence cannot be dealt by violence - maybe they're right, but maybe only so to a certain extent, esp when the innocent are not involved in the conflicts. And that ones don't know how horrible true evil could be.
