Female Lead (FL) with a disability

Not a disability- a speech impediment- she has a stutter - and is quite timid due to abuse from her father & toxic servants - she is becoming more assertive as she gains more confidence (but the people in the comments expect her to perfectly communicate with others even though she has trauma because the people in her life previously have only ever treated her cruelly)
ML adores her annd she has also come to like him amd wants to do her best for him
(She also hates herself)

FL doesn't have a disability but she does have a really weak body, to the point where she vomits just by eating / gets dizzy by standing and cannot walk but is getting over it
She is reborn into this body and is determined to get better
ML is someone who made a promise to her father - the father told him to protect his daughter so ML is doing that even if he does not want to
ML has mysophobia (fear of germs)
FL is very pretty, ML is handsome
