so my guess is, chan fei used to be a poor boy and worked hard to be in a loving relationship with jiao who is a natural born rich. It's been seven years after getting married and still healthy, but with this amnesia, they start to remember the good old times and the forgotten parts of being in a relationship because of work. This is my guess from the story so far but still very cute and endearing. I love how you can tell how much chan fei is in love with jiao
