MC is a chill dude while ML is touchy and an obsessed childhood friend of MC. Not much story line, very pretty/hot art tho.
Toxic meter is 5/10 - ML is tethering boundaries (tracking MC thru friends, jerking off to his clothes, manhandling, pushy behavior)

Transmigrated MC gets married to the Duke. The plot is okay and the chemistry between MC and ML was quite good (except in the latter half). The pacing is a bit jarring at times but ig the author uses MC's fainting episodes to timeskip lmao
