I LOVED THIS ONE SO MUCH!!!! It is ONLY in tier 2 because the ending was rushed. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I really liked the plot, the pacing, the characters, the mc and ml!!! I loved the message, too, about being honest with yourself and others about your feelings in order to choose your own fate. No second lead syndrome here, either, despite multiple love interests - he picked the sweet one who will take care of him! Yay!
This was so fucking frustrating Holy shit. Honestly, it was really good. Like genuinely. It was headed for tier 1, but I could not stand the way they just wouldn't communicate with each other at the end. The ending was so frustrating and mid. The beginning pissed me off, too, but the middle was so fucking good it made it all the way up here. Worth the read fs. Not sure about 9.7 stars cause that's kinda crazy.
Ate that up, honestly. The pacing was a bit weird, but I liked the themes of friendship and forgiveness. I will say this is not in tier one bc I thought the romance didn't make any sense at all lol. Like, the mc and the ml fell in love with each other purely for the plot - it felt forced to me personally. But I like their relationship anyway, and it's the kind of seme i like, although I still dislike the self pitying uke. Side characters carried though. Jian my queen please let me hit
This was really good! Very slice of life - I thought the characters and their relationships with each other were unique and realistic. I appreciated that. I also appreciated the different plot lines bc they felt well thought out with very little dumb miscommunication trope. There was a little miscommunication, but it was natural and well used and not the only thing going on. I really like the brother relationship and the first couple! Super cute and healthy!
